Turtle Valley Lodge

Located at 103 Phillips Street the Turtle Valley Lodge is a Collective Housing Project geared towards senior citizens. There are 22 suites (11 bachelor suites, 11 single bedrooms) split between two floors with a spacious communal room on the main floor. Each unit has it’s own kitchen with a fridge and stove. There is also communal laundry on site. The residents have a tenant association which hosts card games and bingo. Rent is assisted and supplemented by the government and is based on income.
